Honorable Thomas J. Felts

  • On October 10, 2014, Allen Circuit Court Judge Thomas J. Felts was elected as the Chair-Elect of the Indiana State Bar Association House of Delegates.  Judge Felts will serve in that capacity for the upcoming year, and, in October of 2015, he will assume the position of Chair.  Judge Felts has also been elected as a member of the ISBA Board of Governors.

    Judge Felts, on October 10, 2014,  was additionally named as a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.

    Magistrate John Kitch recently completed "Child Custody Challenges: Evidence & Orders," a four day conference hosted by the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada.

    Magistrate Andrea Trevino will be a featured speaker/presenter on November 20, 2014 for the Allen County Bar Association's Applied Professionalism Course for Newly Admitted Attorneys for the program entitled "Hardball is for TV - Not for Legal Advocacy: Professionalism and Civility in the Courts."  Magistrate Trevino will also be a moderator and panelist for the Allen County Bar Associations' CLE course entitled "Finding the Rigth Resource for your Child Custody Case" on Friday November 21, 2014.

  • Magistrate John Kitch has been appointed by Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta Rush to the Problem Solving Courts Comittee of the Indiana Judicial Conference.
