Honorable Thomas J. Felts

  • On October 10, 2014, Allen Circuit Court Judge Thomas J. Felts was elected as the Chair-Elect of the Indiana State Bar Association House of Delegates.  Judge Felts will serve in that capacity for the upcoming year, and, in October of 2015, he will assume the position of Chair.  Judge Felts has also been elected as a member of the ISBA Board of Governors.

    Judge Felts, on October 10, 2014,  was additionally named as a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.

    Magistrate John Kitch recently completed "Child Custody Challenges: Evidence & Orders," a four day conference hosted by the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada.

    Magistrate Andrea Trevino has recently completed "Enhancing Judicial Bench Skills," a multi-day conference offered by the National Judicial College.  The conference was designed to sharpen the proficiency of judges in the areas of keeping a judicial record, communicating from the bench, and maintaning courtroom discipline and safety.

    Magistrate Trevino has also accepted a recent invitation to serve upon the Board of the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), an international and interdisciplinary association of professionals who are dedicated to the purpose of family conflict resolution.


     
  • Magistrate John Kitch has been appointed by Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta Rush to the Problem Solving Courts Comittee of the Indiana Judicial Conference.
